Common questions
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The site files are yours, and the domain is registered in your name (or your ministry’s). We help connect hosting on Cloudflare Pages.
Is there a required monthly fee?
No. Builds are one-time. Updates are pay-as-you-go. An optional $5/month Care Plan covers up to 4 small updates — cancel anytime.
How do updates work?
Email what you need changed. Small text or link updates are $5, medium changes $10, and a new page is $20–$25. Care Plan subscribers use their monthly allowance first.
What if I need a big change later?
Larger redesigns or restructures are quoted before work starts. You’re never locked into a platform fee while you decide.
How long does a new site take?
Many Basic/Standard projects reach first review in about 1–2 weeks after content arrives. Turnaround depends on feedback speed.
What about hosting and performance?
Sites are static on Cloudflare Pages with global CDN and HTTPS. We optimize for phones: self-hosted fonts, light motion, no heavy frameworks.
How do you handle data and privacy?
Marketing pages here don’t need a membership database. Contact forms on client sites are configured to send to addresses you control. We don’t sell visitor data. Exact form routing is set with you at build time.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. We can connect a domain you already own, or help register one (listed at $18/year on the pricing page).
