Process

How it works

A clear path from first note to a live site — with bots handling the build so you can stay focused on ministry.

1

Share what you need

Send goals, pages, branding, photos, and any must-have features. A short note is enough to start.

2

Bots build a custom mobile-first site

We design and build a site that fits your ministry — not a recycled template with your logo stuck on.

3

You review

You get a private preview link. Request tweaks until it feels right.

4

Live on Cloudflare

We publish to Cloudflare Pages: fast global CDN, HTTPS, and a free-tier home for static sites.

5

Email anytime for updates

Bulletin links, sermon pages, calendar changes — email when you need them. Pay only for the work.

Timeline expectations

Most Basic and Standard sites move from kickoff to first review in about 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly content arrives. Extended sites may take a little longer. Small updates after launch are often turned around in a few days.

Exact timing depends on feedback and materials you provide.

What “custom” means

For churches: worship times, livestream, bulletin, give, ministries, events, and visit info — arranged for your congregation.

For schools: admissions, academics, calendar, parent info, and contact paths — designed for phones first, parents on the go.

Hosting & performance

Sites ship as static pages on Cloudflare Pages (free tier): global CDN, HTTPS, and snappy loads. We keep motion light, fonts self-hosted, and frameworks out of the way so phones stay fast.
